Home to 30 km of golden sands, Albufeira is a beach lover’s dream. Characterised by dramatic craggy cliffs and miles and miles of sand, Albufeira’s beaches are definitely worth getting on a plane for.

This area of Algarve coastline offers a little something for everyone, with stretches of sand dotted along the area’s main resorts as well as more secluded spots with hidden coves and coral reefs for snorkelling. We’ve picked out some of Albufeira’s best beach hotels so you can make the most of the area’s sandy shores.
